2. The Order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3411 of 2020 has quashed the advertisement with respect to which the petitioner has raised his grievance in the instant proceedings, namely, advertisement no. 1 of 2019 for appointment of Junior Engineer in different departments of the State Government.

3. In view of such developments, the writ application at present has become infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

5. If such circumstances arise, needless to say, the petitioner would be entitled to remedy available in accordance with law.
