The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.9 of 2020 registered under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The police got information about hiding of the petitioner near a tubewell. The raid was conducted in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.573 of 2019. The police apprehended the petitioner and on search, one loaded country made pistol, one live cartridge and one mobile were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020 for the recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the

No.25082 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/2 fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 81⁄2 months for recovery of one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.
