The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for regular bail to facilitate the petitioner to make prayer for bail before the court below itself after framing of the charges. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 189 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37589 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 2020 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
