Parbatta P.S., Shambhuganj, wherein it is indicated that during enquiry, it came to light that the sole appellant, namely, Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav @ Bindeshwari Yadav, is dead and the death certificate of the appellant is annexed with the said report.
