JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 The petitioner is unnecessarily flogging a dead issue with regard to additional claim of Earned Leave which he claims. He is entitled to adding up to about 72 days. From a perusal of the statements made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13559 of 2012 (4) dt.14-01-2015 counter affidavit specially, paragraph-7 onwards and crystallized on paragraph-11, the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the leave available to him under Earned Leave category has already been paid. The expectation of the petitioner for his claim for additional number of days is not born out from the stand of the State, which the Court finds to be reasonable and cogent as well as valid.

The writ petition is dismissed.
