====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-10-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he attacked with the knife over Amrita Kumari in her stomach intending to kill her and she struggled to save herself. She fell down on the ground and again this petitioner attacked on her head intending to kill her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is landless labourer. He further submits that the petitioner has got no any

I have perused the case record including the case diary. In paragraphs 20, 21 and 23 of the case diary, the injury report shows that the injury is simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.12.2019.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Obra P.S.
