The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 915 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 307/324 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has fired upon informant causing him gun shot injury on h is left knee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer submitted charge-sheet without injury report. Petitioner has two criminal antecedent out of which he is on bail in one case and he is in jail custody since

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Town P.S.
