Waliur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-13, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above. It is made clear that the period consumed in pursuing the present matter i.e. from 30.07.2012 till date, may be excluded, while considering the limitation matter.
