No. 2204 of 2013 This interlocutory application has been filed for substitution of the sole petitioner, who died on 06.06.2012. during the pendency of this contempt petition.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties appears and has no objection to such prayer.

3. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, let the name of the petitioner be substituted with the names of her legal heirs, in the array of petitioners as described in paragraph-2 of the interlocutory application.

4. The interlocutory application stands allowed. MJC No. 1178 of 2011 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 05.10.2010 passed in CWJC No. 5966 of 2010.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 29.03.2019 the Registrar of the B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur is physically present in Court.

3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 4 wherein it has been stated that the amount due to the petitioner which came to Rs. 4,62,497/- has already been paid to the petitioner. So also cheque no. 381828 dated 24.02.2011 for Rs. 1,46,331/- has been issued towards interest found payable to the petitioner, which has been sent to the Principal, D.A.V. College, Siwan for making necessary payment after proper verification from the acquittance roll of the College. The calculation of interest has also been annexed along with the said cheque.

4. A copy of the supplementary show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner as far back as on 29.08.2017 itself, but no rejoinder has been filed.

5. In the above circumstances, the Court is satisfied that the order dated 05.10.2010 passed in CWJC No. 5966 of 2010 stands complied
