The writ application questions the appointment of the private respondent as constable made in the year 1999. Learned AAG has rightly pointed out that no wrong has been committed to the petitioner. He is questioning the appointment of some other persons as constables. Referring to Annexure-B, it has further been submitted that the allegations of getting employment on manipulated date of birth was the subject matter of the departmental proceeding initiated against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13820 of 2012 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 respondent no.8 wherein he has been exonerated. In my considered view, the writ application merits to be dismissed. I order accordingly.
