ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.111 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 376/511, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents of the accused Munna Kumar, who is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant Nisha Kumari. Admittedly, there is no specific allegation against these petitioners.

No.35747 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 In view of the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.111 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
