JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.14 of 2015 registered under Sections 337, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant with knife, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by the order passed by this Court. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
