The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.196 of 2016 registered under sections 363, 366A, 372, 373 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced coaccused Soman Mansoori and Arun Bhagat have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different Bench of this Court vide orders dated 13.07.2017 and 28.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. Nos.27474 of 2017 and 8120 of 2017 respectively, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
