JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-01-2017 After some argument, Sri Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-14, submits that due to inadvertence, against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, the petitioner has directly approached this Court. He submits that since the matter relates to selection of Anganbari Sevika, against such order there is a provision of appeal and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as
Patna High Court CWJC No.475 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2017 2/2 indicated above.
It goes without saying that the period consumed in pursuing the present matter i.e. from 09.01.2015 till date shall be excluded, while considering the limitation matter. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
