JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 68110 of 2018. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of Rs.1,44,061/- from the dicky of the motorcycle of the informant and on chase three persons were arrested and from the possession of the petitioner Rs.1,34,061/- was recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that two witnesses have been examined and they have not supported the prosecution case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30075 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
