The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1005/18), registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was remanded in the instant case on 17.9.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remanded in the instant case nearly seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
