Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is based on complaint for dispute relating to construction of a wall. There is allegation of commission of assault with intent to commit murder as well as outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
