Earlier, the bail application of this petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 39251 of 2019 (Annexure-1). In this regard, vide order dated 11.01.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'B'. From perusal of report of learned 4th Addl. Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, as contained in Letter No. 14 dated 22.01.2021, it appears that the case is pending at the stage of evidence, for which, summons have already been issued.
