Patna High Court CWJC No.18062 of 2014(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/3 "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a Writ in the nature of a Writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate Writ order, direction quashing the order dated 18.07.2014, passed in BHRC Case No. 4037 of 2013, issued by the Respondent No. 6. By the impugned order dated 18.07.2014, the Bihar Human Right Commission without assigning any reason closed the Case No. 4037 of 2013, filed by the Petitioner for payment of his fixed monthly pay for the work rendered on contract for the period March 2013 to September 2013 with the Respondent No. 4 and 5, by holding that the matter does not call for any intervention by the BHRC. The Petitioner further prays for a consequential Writ of mandamus commanding the Respondents particularly the Respondent No.

4 and 5 to ensure that the fix pay of the Petitioner for the contractual work rendered on direction of the Respondent No. 5, for the period between March 2013 to September 2013 be paid expeditiously."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so
