2. The instant contempt application has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and judgment dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 13460 of 2010, whereby this Court directed the opposite parties, including the Chief Engineer, to consider the case of the petitioner and to grant him

Patna High Court MJC No.1513 of 2019(5) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 the benefit of regularization from the date juniors were so regularized, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 13460 of 2010 has been duly complied with, to which learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the said submission.

4. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands disposed of.
