JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are living separately from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the affairs between husband and wife who had done love marriage. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43837 of 2017(4) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with bikram P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
