The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.64 of 2017 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Regard being had to fact that the petitioner being one of the accused persons named in the first information report in which it is alleged that while preparing bomb it exploded causing serious injury to one person, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
