For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shashi Bhushan Pandey For the Respondent/s : Mr. Girija Shankar Pd ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to pay remuneration for the period 2006-08, which the petitioner admits, has been paid. His grievance is that he has been since working in the Office of the District Certificate Officer for which he is not being paid. In my view, if the petitioner has any such grievance, it is for him to choose the forum to ventilate the same. Surely, the contempt proceeding is not maintainable for the same. This contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) B.K.Roy/- U
