JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 332, 307 and 171(C) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner rather he has been named in the F.I.R. by the concerned chaukidar on suspicion. Further, it has been submitted that co-accused, Kaju Singh, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33600 of 2016, Annexue-2 of this application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.55490 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya in Khizer Sarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
