The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR named accused Raju Kumar and Subodh Singh have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide orders dated 13.07.2017 and 11.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. Nos. 32239 of 2017 and 37581 of 2017 respectively, the petitioner, whose name transpired during investigation of the case, is directed to be released on bail in the
