The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Without going into merits of the case, the petitioner undertakes to return the amount of Rs. 52,000/- in the account of the informant, Smt. Chunchun Devi within a period of five months from today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional

The learned court below will ensure that the provisional bail is confirmed only after the petitioner has deposited the entire amount of Rs. 52,000/- within five months from today. In the event, the amount is not deposited by 31st May, 2022, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall automatically stand cancelled.
