Current position in the instant writ petition is that the petitioner's claim for salary for his work to the post of Village Level Worker (VLW)/Jan Sevak under Kurtha block of Arwal District has been forwarded to the District Magistrate, Arwal (respondent no.4). Petitioner's claim has been forwarded for consideration by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) under letter dated 28.1.2016 (Annexure A to the counter affidavit). Since decision is to be taken by the District Magistrate, Arwal regarding claim of the petitioner for salary, it is submitted by petitioner's counsel that the District Magistrate, Arwal be directed to take a final decision in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19457 of 2015(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 matter.

Petitioner's claim is that his salary has been stopped with effect from April, 2015. The issue has been referred to the District Magistrate, Arwal under correspondence dated 28.01.2016 of the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna. In view of the aforesaid facts, if no final decision has been taken till date by the District Magistrate, Arwal as is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court would direct that the claim be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate, Arwal and admissible dues to be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
