The only issue involved in the present writ application is final decision on the application for grant of the leave. From perusal of counter affidavit, it appears that the University is not in a position to take final decision in the absence of assistance by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has not furnished the details in order to take final decision on the application for grant to leave. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the details as
Patna High Court CWJC No.13363 of 2011(13) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 required by the University and indicated in paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University. In the event such details are furnished by petitioner within one month from today, the University will take final decision within a further period of 60 days from the date of furnishing such details. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
