The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise, Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 08.03.2019.
