2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to complete investigation of Sakra P.S. Case no 297/17, dated 09.08.17 which is still pending without any just and proper reason and also direct the respondents to submit charge sheet against accused persons.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to trace out the name of driver of Adarsh police station as well as the persons who were settled in vehicle on day and time of occurrence and also to race out occupation owner of mobile no. 9431822336 and also to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.748 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 make accused the mobile holder and also to arrest the driver as well as other persons who were on white color Boloro car and the holder of mobile no. 9431822336.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make proper investigation in Sakra P.S Case no 297/17 against the driver as well as the person sitting in white color Boloro car and also against holder of mobile no. 9431822336, as after dashing the father of the informant namely Anjani Sharma he died during course of treatment on 29.08.2017, so in such case proper investigation is quite necessary."

3. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the completion of the investigation of Sakra P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 within three months from today.
