Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. They are in-laws of the deceased and are living separately. There is no specific allegation against them in the FIR. The husband is in custody since 06.02.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55581 of 2016 (4) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 within period of six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
