The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No.244/2017 registered under Sections 144, 188, 341, 435, 353, 427, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, C.O.-cum-D.D.O. alleged that one electrician died on account of electrocution and for that villagers made protest and forcibly asked the shopkeepers to shut their shops.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. More than thousand of villagers made protest against the inaction of administration, in which, electrician died on account of electrocution.

No.11514 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.244/2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
