The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barahcatti (Mohanpur) P. S. Case No. 345 of 2015 registered under Sections 2E/3/5D/18 of Mahua Follower Act, 2006 and 47F, 13F, 48 of Excise Act.

It is contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the alleged recovery of Mahua flower is from the joint house of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be
