12-03-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP-20, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saharsa to examine the representation filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6549 of 2008 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 petitioner.

Learned State Counsel submits that from Annexure-7, it is not clear as to whether such representation was received in the office or not.

In view of facts and circumstances, without delving into the merit of the case and without giving any specific direction, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent no.3/ District Magistrate, Saharsa. If such representation is filed within eight weeks from today, the Court expects that Respondent no.3 may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
