This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the Court
