JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-06-2018 On 2.4.2012 when the case was called out, no one had appeared and as such the Court directed listing of the case in due course. After more than six years the case was listed for admission on 22.6.2018 when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court and under compelling circumstances in order to facilitate the petitioner to assist the Court the case was directed to be listed today. Even today also on call no one has appeared.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18103 of 2011 dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the court has reason to believe that the petitioner has no interest remaining in the present case and as such no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to assist the court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner in case of any subsisting grievance, to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law notwithstanding the dismissal of the present writ petition.
