2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having been rejected earlier by order dated 08.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6520 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that in a subsequent development, coaccused Arwind Singh against whom the thrust of accusation of firing has been made, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79783 of 2018. It is submitted that the petitioners' case stands on better footing as they are merely said to have caught the hand of the informant at the time of occurrence.

4. Learned APP appears for the State and has been heard.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26884 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
