2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/448/323/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have snatched mobile phone, cash Rs.3000/- from the informant and they took away the truck of the company.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in fact petitioner no.1 is the owner of the said truck and as soon as the truck reached near Ara chowk, the informant and his associates got stopped the truck impersonating themselves as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29292 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 employees of Brodson Company. They forcibly snatched Rs.45,000/- from the pocket of the driver and also took away the truck with them. Thereafter, brother of petitioner no.1 went to the informant to know the matter, who instead of realizing the misdeed, assaulted Raju Rai for which Doriganj Police Station Case No. 28 of 2020 was filed. Instant case is counter blast of that case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Doriganj Police Station Case No. 26 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
