2. In view of issue raised in the present writ application that is the dispute as to the incharge headmaster is pending since last seven years, the Court does not find any justification to grant indulgence in the matter.

3. In case, the petitioner has any grievance subsisting, he may approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
