2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110, 303(2), 352, 132, 351 (2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant, who is posted as Panchayt Rojgar Sevak, alleged that on 24.02.2025, he was doing survey of Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna near Domtoli of village Nonar, in the meantime, these petitioner came on motorcycle, abused him with caste name, snatched his document and thereafter, assaulted on the head of informant, due to which, he sustained injury.
