The petitioner questions the deletion of 574 voters from the voter list prepared for the Ekrama Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society for the election which has already taken place in the year 2014. In the circumstances, the issue raised has been rendered academic and is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse to the remedy so available to him in law if the infirmity persists in the ensuing election.
