JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Mahua P.S. Case No. 416 of 2013, dated 23.11.2013, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 328 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP has pointed out

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40715 of 2016(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 that this is a case of the year 2013 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.

However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
