The missing page no.2 of the brief is kept at flag 'D'. The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria P.S. Case No.314 of 1992, corresponding to G.R No.771A of 1992 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 16.02.2002 due to absence of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner went outside to earn his livelihood. The petitioner came to his village on the eve of death of his father in the year 2018. Petitioner was arrested on 12.12.2019 and since then the petitioner is in custody. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about ten months for misuse of privilege of bail under different Sections of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25137 of 2020(4) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.314 of 1992, corresponding to G.R No.771A of 1992.
