JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2024 This writ application has been filed for setting aside part of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by Respondent No.5 in Land Acquisition Case No. 15/2008-09 by which the Additional District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna/Respondent No. 5 allowed the claim of Respondent No. 6 for payment of the compensation amount against 24 decimals of land instead of 23 decimals and also a direction for recovery against the payment of one decimal land from the account of the petitioner.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that this writ petition may be disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1464 of 2016(5) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna to make reference under Section 18 read with Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act.
