The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused persons namely, Uma Shankar Rai, Shiv Shankar Rai and Pragash Rai, who have fired, in the alleged occurrence.
