The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For issuance of payment of salary from March, 2019 onwards.

II. For payment of differential amount from February, 2006 to April, 2006.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7359 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/3 III. For payment of differential amount of 35% of Living Allowance from month of January, 2007 to March, 2007.

IV. For payment of outstanding Dearness Allowance from March, 2009 to June, 2009 @ 25950 basic pay.

V. For payment of outstanding Dearness Allowance from July, 2009 to May, 2010 @ 26730 basic pay.

VI. For payment of 65% of Living Allowance from the month of January, 2012 to April, 2012.

VII. For payment of enhanced salary amount from the month of July, 2013 to September, 2013.

VIII. For payment of differential amount of 2.5 % of House Rent Allowance from the month of January, 2010 to May, 2012 vide MOIC, PHC Bakhtiyarpur Patna letter no. 417 dated 23.07.205.

IX. For payment of salary dated 31.12.2015 when petitioner was present and working.

X. For payment of Vehicle Allowance from the month of January, 2015 to 10th July, 2015, except the month of March.

XI. For payment of differential amount of 3% of Dearness Allowance from the month of 19th January to 19th February.

XII. For the payment of amount for Casual leave on 27.01.2019.

XIII. For the payment of differential amount of 1st ACP, 3rd and 4th DACP and 7th pay commission with effect from 2008.

XIV. For payment of all above mentioned dues and other consequential benefits alongwith interest of 12 % till the actual payment made."

Patna High Court CWJC No.7359 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 3/3 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before the Joint Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Joint Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, who shall consider the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law with a view to amicably settle the dispute in question.
