JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 The Principal Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, is present in person. It is a matter of regret that the writ order issued in the year 2007 is yet to be fully complied with. As said in the show-cause, efforts have been made to make payments in accordance with the orders of this Court. The petitioner has been asked to supply the details of payments received so as to calculate the payment due. The Court wonders how long further the petitioner would have to wait. The query of the State is because at the relevant time the petitioner was acting
Patna High Court MJC No.747 of 2008 (5) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 Principal in a Mining Research Institute, Kodarma and was the Drawing & Disbursing Authority himself. The writ Court directed that for the period he made to work as Principal which was of long 12 years, he would be entitled to full remuneration of the Principal and not the deputation allowance.

The Principal A.A.G. submits that no sooner the petitioner would give those details of payment that he had received, the State will calculate entitlement and within two weeks thereof make payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it may take for some time to gather information, as the petitioner had retired from service over ten years back.
