Let the petitioner make a fresh representation before the District Election Officer (Panchayat)-cumDistrict Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent No. 5) within a period of six weeks, ventilating his grievance of wrongful exclusion/non-inclusion of his name in the electoral roll, which shall be looked into and necessary order shall be passed by the concerned respondent after full verification of the facts as well as the entitlement of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
