This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case N0. 348 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 307,302/34,120B of the Indian Penal Code. From the submissions made in the present application, I find that the petitioners are in possession of the case diary, which he must have illegally procured. This shows that the petitioners in all probabilities, shall influence the investigation, if granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

Th petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42946 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
