The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 379, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the injuries are found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27641 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
